Adam Ardeshir Sarbaz

Counsel - Adam Ardeshir Sarbaz, or as many of you know him by his nickname "Adi"....brings 15 years of experience in the legal industry. With an extensive background in real estate, Mr. Sarbaz's focuses on real estate law and mass torts. Mr. Sarbaz’s real estate transactions practice includes advising on acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, due diligence, and construction related matters. Mr Sarbaz mass tort practice includes environmental issues such as fires, gas leaks, and other toxic pollutants that affect properties and individuals health. Adi was part of the team of lawyers who held Southern California Gas Company and Sempra Utilities responsible for the $1.8 Billion Dollar settlement related to the gas leak and property issues stemming from it in the Porter Ranch area.
